How many sessions will it take before I see results?

What should I wear?
We supply towels, but you can bring your own if you prefer. You can be barefoot or with socks, see what works best for you. We also sell pilates socks in the studio. Wear something that you can move in but feel comfortable. Jewelry is NOT a good idea. No cell phones during class (enjoy the technical break). No strong perfumes or oils, this may affect other students.
This is my first time doing a class, I don’t have any previous knowledge of Pilates. Should I take Private Classes to get 1-on-1 attention?
We encourage 2-3 private sessions (depending on your current fitness level).
What if I have an injury?
Please let us know when you’re booking your class. Private Sessions help instruct how to modify exercises according to your specific physical needs.
How often should I practice?
“2 to 3 times a week to see results. This also give the body enough time time to properly recover and repair.
How do cancellations work?
“There is a 24 hour cancellation policy out of respect for the studio and the other students. There are no exceptions, so please don’t ask.
What about Equipment, if I’m having a Private Session at my home and I DO NOT own equipment?
PWe do provide an array of in-home non-machine equipment. We can provide mats but if you’re more comfortable with your own that works too.
